RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Products purchased from our THE ORGANIC LAB website may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days upon receipt of the items under the following conditions:
- Customer received a damaged product (manufacturing defect)
- Customer received a wrong product
- Customer received an incomplete product
Customer is entitled to a refund if there is a missing / defect / damage in the quality of the product. Customer may also be required take a photo of the item/s to be return or exchanged upon receipt.
Product(s) to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in the same condition they were purchased at that time with original and complete packaging. Product(s) that is/are accepted for exchange will be based on the value at the time of purchase and should be exchanged for the same value or higher. If the buyer opts for a product of higher value, then buyer should shoulder the price difference. Product(s) cannot be exchange for a lower value.
THE ORGANIC LAB reserves the right to refuse return or exchange items already opened and not damaged, and used due to hygienic purposed.
You may return or exchange to any THE ORGANIC LAB store in the Philippines.
